Similase® BV (Bean and Vegetable Formula, Premier Science)

A comprehensive, Plant Enzyme supplement that aids in the digestion of all food groups, while providing added enzyme activity for legumes and cruciferous vegetables (e.g. broccoli, cabbage, and brussel sprouts) that produce gas in sensitive individuals. Unlike animal-derived pancreatic enzymes, Plant Enzymes are acid stable and active from pH 2 to 12. Similase BV aids digestion of carbohydrates (especially bean and vegetable oligosaccharides), proteins, fats, fiber, and phytates under virtually all gastrointestinal pH conditions. Well-tolerated by sensitive individuals.

Recommendations: Take 1 or 2 Ultra Caps at the beginning of each meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Not recommended for use if peptic ulcer, gastritis, or heartburn is present.
