Primary Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Collaborate with other members of our clinical team in determining the best course of treatment.
• Provide meal support to build relationships with the clients and to assess their progress in an interactive environment.
• Facilitate process and skills groups.
• Document client progress in accordance with Behavioral Health requirements.
• Provide insurance reviews as needed.

Requirements

• Two years of post-licensing experience preferred.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) CertificationL in the State of Arizona
• LCSW or LMFT license in the State of Arizona.
• Good organizational and communication skills required.
• Intermediate level PC skills required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Fingerprint clearance card, driver's license and clean driving record.

Counselor Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical team with behavioral issues within the unit.
• Maintain communications with clinical staff regarding client needs.
• Transport clients to groups meetings and appointments.
• Observe and document patient-administered medication.
• Supervise clients as necessary during meals and outings.
• Support the clinical team in maintenance of client charts and general clinical duties.
• Perform bed checks and morning wake-ups as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and clean-up as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of addictive behaviors.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Fingerprint clearance card, driver's license and clean driving record.
• Two years of recovery, if applicant has experienced an eating disorder or similar addictive behavior.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess health of clients, based on interviews and physical examinations.
• Work closely with other medical staff and triage clients as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members in determining the best course of treatment.
• Support the clinical team in maintenance of client charts and general clinical duties.
• Assist clients with self-administration of medications.
• Manage medication inventories and administration records (MARS).
• Collect specimens for submission to laboratories and prepare appropriate documentation.
• Perform Mantoux skin tests on clients and employees and interpret and document results.
• Schedule and accompany clients to outside appointments.

Requirements

• Current Arizona LPN license.
• Experience with mental health/psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Fingerprint clearance card, driver's license and clean driving record.
